Intake Assessment: 60 minutes - $235

Individualized Sessions: $200 for a 60-minute therapy session.

Individualized Somatic Therapy Session: $200 for a 50-minute session

Direct Focus on You: We’ve chosen to step away from in-network insurance agreements to prioritize personalized care without the constraints of insurance protocols. This means we’re exclusively an out-of-network provider.

Superbill Support: Although we don’t process insurance claims directly, we’re here to support your reimbursement journey. We’ll provide you with a detailed Superbill for you to claim out-of-network benefits through your insurance, FSA, HSA, or HRA accounts.

Navigating Your Insurance Benefits

Coverage Possibilities: Your health insurance or benefits plan might cover our services partially or in full. We encourage you to contact your provider for specifics about out-of-network coverage for psychotherapy.

Key Questions for Your Provider:

• Are outpatient behavioral health services covered out-of-network?

• Is there a deductible, and how much of it has been met this year?

• What are the copay or coinsurance requirements?

• Is there a session limit per year?

• Do I need a referral from my primary care physician?

Seamless Transactions: We accept payments via credit card. A card on file is required when scheduling your initial session. Full payment is due at the time of service.

24-Hour Notice Required: Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session. Insurance does not cover missed appointments.
